Skirt: Theory/ Top: Theory/ Boots:Reed Krakoff/ Bag: Balenciaga

Beach weather and vacation cannot come soon enough. It has been so cold this winter…I just cannot wait until it is over. I am doing my best to get a variety of outfits in even though the weather has been horrible. Todays matching skirt and top is made by Theory. Unfortunately I am not able to show you the sleeve on this cropped pullover…it has long dropped sleeves which give the outfit a very relaxed look. Instead of the matching prosecco colored skirt, I chose the black for a little contrast along with black tights and these low gray Reed Krakoff boots which seem to be a crowd pleaser. You could also choose to wear high boots or even a really nice pump to complement this outfit.

Feather Weather

Skirt: Kate Spade (Older)

Vest: Alice and Olivia(Sold Out)

Booties: Vince

Jewelry: David Yurman

I wore this skirt to my college senior formal and received a few negative comments. However, to me fashion means to dress in a way that describes your style and your personality, yet find a way to stand out and be different. I love this skirt from Kate Spade. I think it is fun, it is girly, and that is who I am, not to mention this is definitely a statement piece…so I believe mission accomplished. Paired with all black I transform my once spring formal skirt to a striking winter ensemble detailed in feathers you can NOT miss.

Pink and Gray

Sweater: T byAlexander Wang

Skirt: T byAlexander Wang

Vest: J.Crew(Similar here)

Boots: Stuart Weitzman

This neoprene mini skirt redefines one of the closet staple items. I paired it with this classic knit pullover sweater however, the bright pink stripes add an unexpected pop of color…making this outfit very sporty cool. The pink vest brightens up the outfit and adds an extra layer of warmth without the bulk.

Black Hoodie

 Dress: James Perse

Coat: Forever 21 (Older)

Boots: Tibi

A hood gives this simplistic black jersey dress a sporty look. With its long sleeves and pullover style it feels just as relaxed as your everyday sweatshirt. To get away from the average look, I paired it with a dressier blazer style coat and leather Tibi boots.

Beanie: J.Crew (Older,Similar Here)

Sweater: Free People (Older,Similar Here)

Coat: The Loft

Shorts: Rag & Bone

Boots: IRO

Sunglasses: Reed Krakoff

Layering is a necessity this time of year…with the weather so up and down it is important to have layers that you can either add or remove if it gets too warm. These black leather shorts are a perfect year-round piece. Today I added tights and a bulky knit sweater paired with an infinity scarf, a gray beanie from J.Crew, and this gray coatigan, which makes this outfit effortlessly cool.
