Happy Tuesday everyone!!!

I got back from NYFW last week (which was absolutely amazing!) I adore seeing the new collections and witnessing all of the details in person. A few of my favorite shows included Zimmermann and Rebecca Minkoff, and I had the pleasure to meet all of the designers!

The Minkoffshow was held right on Greene Street in Soho outside of the store. She shut down the entire street!! The pieces were classic, stylish, functional, and a little funky!

The sweatshirt and bag I am rocking today are designed by Rebecca. The sweatshirt shows you can go both ways…with a bold uptown graphic and shady downtown lettering falling like a shadow (as it would in Midotwn). I layered it over a blouse dress and added the classic Balenciaga moto ankle boot for an edgier touch. Shop today's look below:

Happy Hump Day!

We are getting to that point of summer where all pre-fall is hitting stores and the Internet and all summer clothing is going on sale. What I hate the most about this time of year is that one part of me wants to keep buying clothes for this season (especially because I am going away next week) but the other half of me does not. We are almost at boot and coat season… and we know how expensive these purchases can be.

The dress I have on today is an end of summer sale purchase. I think it one piece that will bring me into early fall with its deep colors and longer hemline. Tassel jewelry is kind of a thing right now, so it only makes sense I polished off todays look with a fun and lightweight necklace and light brown frames for a little drama.

The Finishing Touch

It is always the finishing touches that make an outfit complete and one of a kind. I love a good white dress in the summer, and this one happens to be simple and chic with a back cut-out detail. With little white dresses you always have a variety of styling options so it really is up to you what you are in the mood for. You can stay all white, add black pieces for a nice black and white look or you can add statement pieces for a bold look.

Today I decided on showcasing my favorite pink patent leather and glittered pumps. They are vibrant, girly, and ohh so fun!! I added this straw shoulder bag for a final touch of pink. Shop this look below:

Earn Your Stripes

Happy fourth of July everyone!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend and time off of work to relax and spend time with friends and family. I know a lot of people go away for the weekend either to the beach or lake….I am home by the pool this year and I plan on laying out for the rest of the day!!

Today I am “earning my stripes”(how convenient for the holiday?!) in this adorable tee dress with a ruffled hem. Ruffles always add a touch of femininity to anything and I think that is why I am always drawn to pieces detailed with them. Many of the pieces from this brand actually have them, while also being relaxed yet refined and fashion-forward. You can shop this look and other similar pieces below. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have an amazing day!!

XOXO,
