I hope everyone is doing amazing! As the summer comes to a close I find myself questioning weather or not to invest in certain items. It is time to start thinking about our cooler-weather wardrobe , but sometimes it is just TOO hard to pass up on certain pieces (hint: today’s tank!!!)
I feel like it has been forever since I have put a new outfit post up on the blog, but I couldn’t be more excited to share how this ‘girls’ knit top purchase can be justified and worn right into the fall and winter.
When it comes to autumn dressing…layers are key…so what makes a tank top any different? For this one in particular, I would add either a black bodysuit underneath, a snug fitting turtleneck or long-sleeve top.
Today, I have it paired with vintage inspired jeans with white eyelet details, and pink patent pumps for an unexpected GIRLy pop. A pink and brown suede bag mixed with silver and black jewelry acts as a perfect combo between street and chic. Shop today’s look below:
Today I am mixing on trend pieces in an unexpected way. I purchased this skirt from Asos at the beginning of the summer with the feeling it was going to sell out (it did) …everything always goes super fast on that site. It is very unique with tiered ruffles and frayed hems.
I am usually such a ‘heel’ girl over flats but I have been trying to shoot more looks where I dress down apparel and make it more practical to wear during the day. With that being said, I decided to pair today’s main piece with a lightweight sleeveless knit, fedora, and classic slip-on sneakers. The allover stripes print gives the look character…making it a little polished yet also a little undone.
Below, find the links to today’s outfit. I have also incorporated similar items, cute summer tanks, and adorable alternative sneaker options that can be paired with a white skirt like this one. All items can be mixed and matched! (I am really loving the metallic sneaker and crotchet crop top combo)
Today’s look is casual and cool. What I love about this ribbed long skirt is that is can be dressed up or down. However, when I first saw it I imagined it styled very laidback with an oversized tee. I ended up liking it with this knotted tank I have and simple white birkenstocks, which epitomize casual comfort.
I added this bandana like choker with paisley print, which unexpectedly looks awesome with the fringe finishing on the skirt…occupying the spotlight. Below, shop this look and similar items at a very low price. Thanks for stopping by today!
Rise and shine, the weather is so gorgeous today that I am not going to waste one second. I started my day with an early barre class, a quick coffee run and then going from there. You just can't resist getting out of the house and enjoying the day when it is so nice. Intermix is having a great sale with an additional 40% off, don't miss this one because you can find some really good deals and their clothing is beautiful. I recently purchased this olive green knit top already on sale plus with the additional percentage off, it was next to nothing and what a great day to wear it. This top is great to throw on with a pair of your favorite jeans, shorts, or even a cute skirt... fun and flirty. I added a calf hair belt for a little spark, my Chloe espadrilles and this choker, which was the second one of my moms I borrowed. Everything comes around again, don't be so quick to get rid of things and knowing it belongs to my mother, it's all that much more special. Below, shop my top sale picks from Intermix.
