Mariposa Midi

Today’s look reminds me of the salsa dancer emoji (in a good way). It is ruched to perfection and the red floral print is TOO good for spring!! This dress can be easily taken day to night with a change of shoes.

If you have been following along on Instagram then you have seen my newest choker obsession by Chan Luu. I love it so much!! It is simple, yet so sophisticated, and I love that it can still look great layered with other pieces.

Today’s items are a little pricey…so I also picked out some great alternatives. You can shop this look below. Thank you for stopping by!!

Many of you may know my Stuart Weitzman over-the-knee boots are my everyday winter go-to’s…literally worth every penny. However, the newer version with shearling trim may be my new found love. A necessary neutral and very sophisticated.

Today I have on a borrowed-from-the-boys oversized shirtdress layered under an oversized knit with high side slits. I figured I may as well take advantage of the so called “warmer” weather before winter actually hits us. You can shop this look and similar below. Thanks for stopping by!!

Act Natural

So happy to be back on the blog today, yet so sad summer is coming to an end. I just got back from vacation on Saturday and I am missing the beach oh soo much. The weather was perfect and I am not looking forward to the winter.

Today I am wearing an ivory tunic (now on sale), which actually fits as a dress on me. It is VERY oversized and has a polo/tennis feel to it. The contrasting ribbon stripes make it very easy to pair with all of your favorite neutral accessories, which is why I added my two-tone Reed bag to bring in some other colors. The dress is also available in black. Shop this look below:

Orange you glad...

Hello everyone,

Looking forward to a full filled weekend with friends but for today I am posting this great orange dress from Alice & Olivia. Easy and casual, it's a dress you can wear for a daytime event or out to dine in the evening. The side slits allow for a peak at your legs and in a nice heel sandal or wedge it lends for a touch of sex appeal. I have chosen to wear my Sophia Webster heels (which are now on sale) because they add that special something or surprise. This is a light and breezy outfit and I brought a shorter similar version to the Bahamas last month as its great for that tropical look. I am never disappointed with Alice and Olivia, I can always find the best outfits for any occasion. The fit is perfect for me as you can see I wear a lot of it.
