Everyone starts their blog and/or shares their lives on this (and other) platforms for various creative reasons. Some people are amazing writers, others are awesome photographers, and some just enjoy sharing their memories and moments as they experience them. Do not get me wrong, of course there are influencers who openly share everything with their audience and it has made them extremely successful. For me personally, I started my blog because I love fashion. I always have. Since I can remember I have been online shopping picking out pieces from different sites putting together what in my opinion, were AWESOME outfits. To this day I still do that. I love styling outfits and admiring the ones I do not have access to but so badly wish I did.

I think one of the most amazing things about social platforms and fashion in general is that it doesn’t matter where you are from, what language you speak, or who you are. Fashion allows you to take inspiration from all over the world simply by opening your eyes..

Rachel Zoe once said,
“Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak.”

I bought these boots during NYFW and almost returned them because 1. I didn’t know if they fit me properly and 2. I didn’t know if I would  wear them a ton. I ended up keeping them (clearly) because the thought of not having these babes in my life was just not an option. After seeing a ton of women from all over rock this style during fashion month I not only realized they fit everyone the same, but I also gained a ton of styling inspiration from streetstyle images via Instagram, Pinterest, Etc....

Today I am going for that whole boots/tights all-in-one look, which I have come to love. Although I am wearing all black, the fabrics, textures, and pop of red really elevate this look. You can shop similar below:
