Sustainability is a huge conversation in fashion right now. As consumers become more aware of the environmental impact of fast fashion, they are looking for more eco-friendly ways and places to shop.

Recently, I was introduced by Niki Friedman (@hautehustla-pictured with me in the photos above) to Designer Revival- a high-end consignment boutique located on the Upper East Side in New York City. They specialize in selling new and preowned luxury, contemporary, and vintage pieces AKA “upcycling” (the chic way to recycle) As a buyer you are able to find older one-of-a-kind pieces and as a seller, you help to extend the life of a special item... allowing for someone else to create new memories with it.

Of course, not everything you buy needs to be pre-owned, but it is definitely one way to help with sustainability, plus you can find some really awesome pieces. I recently bought the coolesttttt leather pants and Fendi clutch/tote for unreal prices. With a constant flow of items, comes more treasures to come across, and more opportunities to invest in vintage and invest in yourself. I highly recommend checking them out.

If you missed one of my previous recent posts, I had mentioned a few of my favorite places to shop vintage currently. I thought it would be worth it to mention again:

1. Designer Revival

2. Thrift Wares

3. Vestiaire Collective

4. Vintage/pre-owened section on Farfetch

5. WGACA (they also have a section to shop on Shopbop)

P.S. I linked some specifics below, along with other options to get these chic and neutral looks.
