Today I wanted to show you some of my new BLUES. When it comes to picking out a color to wear, blue is really never my first choice. However, sometimes we need to step outside of our comfort zone and when do it allows our creative juices to flow! Seeing as how spring is the time of growth and new beginnings, this is the perfect time to start adding new colors into your wardrobe.
The color blue has a certain strength and energy to it...and just like any color you can make it as fun or dramatic as you would like! For instance, check out my new spectrum sunnies. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about them, but now I am obsessed. They are definitely a powerful statement piece. Besides being ultra cool and having a high fashion feel to them, they are also available in an array of hues.
The next blue piece I have on is fun, fresh, and easy. This baby blue, white, and pink ‘school girl’ cardigan is playful and unique. It is by OHLIN/D and detailed with a mixing of the OHLIND/D alphabet. You can pretty much style this with anything. It can work well with denim, shorts, and even over a simple slip dress. Unfortunately, I cannot link it for you guys BUT I can offer you a location to purchase it. The ShoeBox (linked above) is currently selling this knit, along with other pieces from the line. They are really awesome (both the pieces and the store!) so I definitely suggest you check them out!
Last, but certainly not least…my favorite Joe’s Jeans got a refreshing new update! They are now available in a light blue, love-worn wash. The skinny leg ends in a fierce fringe, which puts the finishing touch on this spring look. You can shop todays details below!
